Solar eclipse in Mississippi

On Apr 8th a total solar eclipse passed through North America and I had the pleasure of giving a virtual talk to several classes of 5th and 6th graders at Magnolia Heights School in Senatobia, Mississippi. After the talk the students had a busy day monitoring the solar eclipse, creating journals, webquests and even writing eclipse poetry.
