Mastery in communication workshop

Recently, the third edition was held of the internal workshop "Mastery in communication". In only two hours the participants learned the basics of the Process Communication Model (PCM) (https://processcommunication.nl/). They have discovered more about themselves and the other participants, to establish a more effective communication between each other. The groups were very diverse and consisted of people from different departments in JIVE, NOVA and ASTRON.
