EUCARA 2021

Since 2016, the European community of amateur radio astronomers has organized a biennial conference, EUCARA (European Conference on Amateur Radio Astronomy). The first of these conferences was held in 2014 in Stockert, and the conference has since alternated locations between the amateur radio astronomy groups at the historic Stockert and the Dwingeloo radio telescopes. Due to covid, the 2020 Dwingeloo edition had to be postponed, and will now be held online.

The EUCARA-2021 conference will take place on 17th April 2021. The programme has been finalized, and includes 11 presentations on 21cm observations, interferometry, SETI, and small radio telescopes and various other subjects. The keynote speaker is prof. Anna Scaife (Manchester University) who will present "Cosmic Rays to SKA: Radio Astronomy at Jodrell Bank Observatory".
