Expectations for water cooling a sub rack consisting of 12 Gemini in parallel. Blue line shows 1 of the 12 mono blocks from a perfect situation to partly clogged. This causes less water flow through it making its cooling less efficient and therefore result in higher temperatures. Green line shows the effect on the other 11 FPGA temperatures. T1 is the beginning temperature of the water, T2 the temperature of the water after flowing through the mono block and Tfpga is the FPGA its temperature. The test is simulated for the range of 0 to 10 liters per minute for a sub rack. Cooling a dissipation of 130 Watt.
